Terms of Service

These terms apply to My SEO Senty, the search analytics application operated by Senty Pty Ltd ("Senty", "we", "us"), and to the senty.com.au website. By using the application you agree to them.

1. The application

My SEO Senty is an internal tool that Senty uses to analyse the search, analytics and advertising performance of websites Senty owns or operates. It is provided to Senty staff and to people Senty authorises. It is not offered to the public, and access can be granted or withdrawn by Senty at any time.

2. Connecting a Google account

  • You may connect a Google account only if you are entitled to share the data it gives access to with Senty, for example because it holds websites Senty owns or manages.
  • The application requests read-only access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google AdSense, and your email address. It never changes data in those services.
  • You can disconnect at any time from the application's account page, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • How data from your Google account is used, stored and deleted is set out in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the application to access data you are not authorised to access, attempt to get around its security, overload it, or use it in breach of any law or of the terms of the Google services it connects to.

4. Access keys and connected tools

The application can issue personal access keys so you can connect your own AI assistant or other tool. Keep keys secret; you are responsible for what is done with a key issued to you. Revoke a key from the application if it may have been exposed.

5. Third-party services

The application relies on Google APIs and other third-party services, which are governed by their own terms. Senty is not responsible for their availability or for changes they make to the data they provide.

6. No warranty

The application and its reports are provided "as is", for internal decision-making. Figures depend on data from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or revised. To the extent permitted by law, Senty gives no warranty that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Senty is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the application. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Ending access

You may stop using the application at any time. Senty may suspend or end your access, in particular if you breach these terms. On request we will delete data obtained from your Google account as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
