Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Senty Pty Ltd ("Senty", "we", "us"), an Australian digital publisher, handles personal information on this website and in My SEO Senty, our in-house search analytics application. Questions about privacy can be sent to [email protected].
1. This website
senty.com.au uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Messages sent through our contact form are collected with Google Forms and used only to reply to you.
2. My SEO Senty
My SEO Senty is an internal tool used by Senty staff to analyse the search, analytics and advertising performance of websites that Senty owns or operates. It is not offered to the public. People who use it sign in with a Google account and choose to connect that account to the app. The app only ever requests read-only access.

The app cannot change anything in your Google accounts: it never creates, edits or deletes data in Search Console, Google Analytics or AdSense.
How we use it
Google user data is used only to provide and improve the features of My SEO Senty for the people who connected their accounts: dashboards, reports, charts and alerts about Senty's own websites. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles of anyone. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
When data leaves the app
- AI suggestions, only on request. Some features suggest groupings of search queries (for example, topic clusters or brand terms) using a language model. Only when a user clicks one of these buttons, the website's name and its top search queries and pages, with their click and impression counts, are sent to our AI model provider (OpenCode) to produce the suggestion. No account details, tokens or advertising data are sent.
- Tools you connect yourself. A user can create a personal access key and connect their own AI assistant or tool to the app. That tool receives only the data the user requests through it.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by Australian law.
We do not share Google user data with anyone else.
Storage and security
- Data is stored in the app's own database on servers controlled by Senty and is accessible only to authorised Senty staff.
- Google access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. All connections to Google, and to the app, use HTTPS.
- Database backups are kept for 14 days and then deleted.
Retention, disconnecting and deletion
- Search Console and AdSense data is kept while the connected site is in use, so that history older than Google's own retention period is not lost.
- You can disconnect a Google account at any time from the app's account page. This deletes the stored tokens, revokes the app's access at Google, and stops all further collection.
- You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- To have data obtained from your Google account deleted, email [email protected]. We delete it within 30 days; copies in backups expire within a further 14 days.
Google API Services User Data Policy. My SEO Senty's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Your rights
You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or complain about how we have handled it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
4. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
